Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach Hotel Montego Bay, Montego Bay

I recently had a fantastic family trip to Jamaica where we enjoyed an all-inclusive experience filled with delicious food and drinks. The staff were the true highlight of our stay, especially Shanice, Odane, and Marcia, who made us feel incredibly welcome. While some aspects like renovations impacted our experience, the overall atmosphere was delightful, and we’re looking forward to returning to see some favorite staff again.

I had a beautiful experience at this resort, thanks to the friendly staff who truly made my stay unique. The location is stunning, and I enjoyed the beach and pool areas immensely. However, the hotel shows signs of age, and the dining options could use improvement, particularly in taste and variety. The amenities advertised were a bit misleading, which was disappointing.

I had an incredible time at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort in Jamaica! The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The food was fantastic, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. However, the hotel does show some signs of aging, and the air conditioning in our room could be inconsistent at times.

Overall, while I enjoyed my time there, some improvements in guest service and food availability would make it much better.

I had an incredible time at the Rose Hall Beach Resort. The atmosphere was vibrant, especially with the live music by the pool, which really brought everyone together. The food was top-notch, with lots of variety, although I recommend booking your dinner reservations early. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made us feel at home. On the downside, the check-in process was a bit slow, and there was some seaweed on the beach, but staff did a great job managing it. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a family getaway or a fun holiday with friends.
